Shipping Information
Every order is received through EamesShirts, processed through our Shopify store, and sent to Printful for fulfillment before being shipped directly to your doorstep.
How Our Shipping Process Works
When you place an order with EamesShirts, your order is first received securely through our Shopify store. Shopify records your order details, payment status, shipping address, and the products you selected.
After your order is received, it is processed and sent to Printful, our fulfillment partner. Printful prepares the product, prints the design, packages the order, and ships it directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Order Placed
The customer places an order through EamesShirts. Shopify receives the order information and confirms the checkout details.
Order Processed
Once the order is ready for fulfillment, the order information is sent from EamesShirts to Printful for production.
Printed & Shipped
Printful prints, packs, and ships the order directly to the customer using the shipping address entered at checkout.
FULFILLMENT PROCESS
What Happens After You Order
After checkout, your order goes into our Shopify order system. From there, the order is prepared for fulfillment and sent to Printful, which handles the production and shipping process.
Because our products are fulfilled through Printful, many items are made after the order is placed. This helps us offer a wider range of designs, sizes, and product options without keeping large amounts of pre-made inventory.
Once Printful has fulfilled the order and shipping information is available, tracking details may be provided through Shopify by email or through your order status page.

When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information becomes available after the order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been added. Once available, tracking may be sent through Shopify by email or shown on your order status page.
Why does my order take time to ship?
Many EamesShirts products are made after an order is placed. This means the item may need to be printed, packed, and prepared before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
