Track Your Order

Your order tracking information is provided through Shopify once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been added.

How Order Tracking Works

After your order is placed, Shopify creates an order status page for your purchase. This page shows your order details and, once available, shipping updates for your package.

When your order is fulfilled and a tracking number is added, Shopify sends tracking information through your shipping confirmation email. You can use that link to return to your order status page and follow delivery updates.

Use Your Email Link

Once your order ships, look for your shipping confirmation email. This email should include a tracking link that takes you to your Shopify order status page.

Sign In To Your Account

If you created or use a customer account, you may be able to sign in and view your order details from your account area.

Use Order Verification

Shopify may allow you to access your order status page by entering your order confirmation information and verifying your email address or phone number.

Where Customers Should Track Their Order

Please use the tracking link sent to you by email after your order has shipped. That link is connected to your Shopify order status page and is the main place to view your order and shipping updates.

If tracking is not available yet, your order may still be processing or waiting for fulfillment. Tracking updates usually appear after the order has shipped and the carrier has received the package information.

Can I track my order through my customer account?

Yes. If you have a customer account, Shopify may allow you to access your order details by signing in.

Can I use the Shop app?

Shopify also supports order tracking through the Shop app when valid tracking information is available.
